                                         <p>Nope. I&#8217;ve still not eaten at a Chipotle. But the more I read about their business, the more interesting they seem. </p>

<blockquote><p>Cooking this way is slow, but extremely precise. A piece of meat held in a 155 degree water bath for long enough will cook uniformly to exactly 155 degrees worth of doneness. Sous-vide meat can then later be seared, sliced, chopped, or prepared any which way you like. Fancy chefs are the best-known practitioners of the technique, but in many ways it’s ideally suited to more casual dining.</p>

<p>Despite the cheesy (no pun intended) title of this article, there&#8217;s some real meat (pun intended) to it.</p>

<p>There <em>are</em> rules to watching movies. I&#8217;m not just talking about watching them in a proper environment (I never watch movies on the computer while doing other things, for example). There are also rules to preparing yourself to watch a movie.</p>

                                         <p>It&#8217;s barely three weeks into the new year and already I think we&#8217;re seeing what will surely be one of the best brand redesigns of 2012. I&#8217;m unfamiliar with <a href="http://www.horstcollection.com/">H&ouml;rst Dusseldorf</a>, as I dress like a rich hobo, but if I know anything about upscale men&#8217;s clothing, I think they&#8217;ve hit the mark perfectly.</p>

                                         <p>The fact that Chimpanzees are considered endangered should probably be enough. Add to that, the use of chimpanzees in these experiments is largely unnecessary, it is about time this happened.</p>
